The pumping unit is equipped with a high-capacity SPIRAM pump, which is primarily designed for the transportation of polluted water, slurry, solids, and fibrous materials contained in water. Thanks to its screw-like geometry, blade design, and sharpened leading edge, the pump does not clog or become obstructed. It is highly reliable and requires minimal maintenance.
The impeller blade is formed by a threaded surface that rises along a conical shell. The various designs of the blade geometry or threaded surface allow SPIRAM pumps to function across a wide range of rotational speeds for hydrodynamic machines. The impeller of this type enables achieving rotational speeds similar to diagonal pumps.
Due to its single-blade design, the impeller of the pump also has a high passage capability, which is appreciated for the transport of sludge or fluids with high solid content.
HIGH EFFICIENCY - MINIMAL OPERATING COSTS
The SPIRAM pump exhibits exceptionally high efficiency (over 91%) while maintaining maximum particle passage (up to 300 mm). These key features minimize the likelihood of pump clogging, ensuring reliable operation with minimal operating costs.
All components of the pumping units are made of highly resistant alloys and noble metals. Moreover, the production of these components, from casting to machining and assembly, is carried out in Slovakia. This quality control process "under one roof" guarantees the highest level of precision required for long-term operation.
ADVANTAGES OF USING SPIRAM PUMP
The pump's priming is achieved through a vacuum system, which consists of a belt-driven diaphragm priming pump, a set of suction hoses, and a priming chamber that automatically terminates the pipe evacuation process after priming. The use of a nozzle is also a possible solution.
The power unit is a turbocharged 4-stroke diesel engine, including accessories (Power-Pack), with a power range of 15-560 kW at 1450 RPM. The engine complies with Stage V emission standards according to Regulation 2016/1628 issued by the European Parliament. Engines that have been available for sale since 2019 with power outputs ranging from 19 to 560 kW, meeting lower standards, cannot be used as power units for mobile pumps, off-road construction, and agricultural machinery. The engine is equipped with a control panel and a 12V electric starter. The fuel tank, either integrated into the base frame or a separate tank, is designed to ensure continuous operation of the unit for a minimum of 12 hours. The engine is rigidly connected to the pump using a special bearing housing, and a high-quality flexible coupling that eliminates vibrations is used as the coupling.
The base frame is made of sturdy iron profiles that are surface-treated either by hot-dip galvanization or durable polyurethane paints. The entire structure is mounted on a homologated trailer chassis. The surface of the transport trailer is hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion and extend its lifespan.
The pump can be mounted on a homologated trailer with its frame. The trailer complies with all traffic regulations. It is equipped with height-adjustable tow bars, allowing easy and fast connection to various vehicles.
The pumping unit can be equipped with an enclosure - a solid structure that covers the engine, including its soundproofing, complying with the required standards.
