PUMPS

The pumping unit is equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal pump. Due to its robust construction, it is ideal for pumping river water with solid particles. The pump can be supplied with either a gland or a mechanical seal for smooth operation. Therefore, it is highly reliable and requires minimal maintenance.

The used pumps have exceptionally high efficiency (over 90%), with a delivery head of up to 450 meters. The entire hydraulic system is designed for pumping river water with solid particles. These key features enhance safety, ensuring reliable operation with minimal operating costs.

All components of the pumping units are made of highly resistant alloys and noble metals. Furthermore, the production of these components, from casting to machining and assembly, is carried out in Slovakia. EVACUATION SYSTEM

The water evacuation of the pump is achieved either through a nozzle or a vacuum system, consisting of a belt-driven membrane valve, a set of vacuum hoses, and a water-filling body that automatically stops the pipe evacuation process after filling the working volume.

POWER UNIT

The power unit is a 4-stroke turbocharged diesel engine, including accessories (Power-Pack), with a power range of 15-560 kW at 1450 RPM. The engine complies with Stage V emission standards according to Regulation 2016/1628 issued by the European Parliament. Engines sold since 2019 with power ranging from 19 to 560 kW must comply with lower standards and cannot be used as drives for mobile pumps, off-road construction, and agricultural machinery. The engine is equipped with a control panel and a 12V electric starter. The fuel tank is located either in the base frame or in a separate tank, designed to ensure continuous operation of the unit for a minimum of 12 hours. The engine is rigidly connected to the pump using a special bearing housing, and a high-quality flexible coupling that does not transmit vibrations is used as a clutch.

SUPPORTING STRUCTURE

The supporting structure consists of a base frame made of sturdy iron profiles, which are surface-treated with either hot-dip galvanizing or durable polyurethane paints. The entire structure can be designed for off-road communication (non-homologated transport solution) or with a homologated trailer. The surface of the transport vehicle is hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion and extend its lifespan.

DISTRIBUTION INTERMEDIATE FLANGE

Both the suction and discharge of the pumping unit can have a distribution intermediate flange with fittings, which ensures the reduction of large flange dimensions to smaller ones, simplifying work in challenging conditions. The dimensions and length of the pipes are designed to comply with the legislation in Slovakia (e.g., weight). Unified quick couplings are used to connect the pipes.

TRAILER

The pump can be mounted on a homologated trailer with its frame. The trailer complies with all regulations for road traffic. The trailer can be equipped with height-adjustable drawbars, allowing easy and quick connection to different vehicles.

ENCLOSURE

The pumping unit can be equipped with an enclosure - a fixed structure for covering the engine, including its soundproofing, meeting the required standards.
