SPIRAM COMPACT PUMPS WITH PRIMING SYSTEM
The special design of SPIRAM pump with a manual priming system was developed to meet the market demand for compact and easily transportable sludge pumps. As it is essentially a centrifugal pump, it needs to be filled with the pumped medium before the pump can be started. For this purpose, a simple priming system was designed, consisting of a manual membrane valve, a check valve, and two lever valves. The operator manually ensures the priming process using the lever of the membrane valve and then starts the pumping process using the control elements on the distribution box. Innovative technical solutions applied to the described pumping unit ensure its high level of reliability along with minimal maintenance requirements for the equipment.
