DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT
The mobile SPIRAM pumps with electric drive in a monoblock design are among the top compact pumping units.
They are designed for easy transportation to locations where it is needed, with subsequent reliable pumping of contaminated media without the risk of clogging, while maintaining high hydraulic efficacy.
The pump is primarily designed for use in emergency situations where it is important to quickly and easily transport the pumping unit to the pumping site and subsequently transfer the medium from the critical location to the designated area.
This includes situations such as floods, inundations, failures of wastewater pumping stations, and similar scenarios.
Innovative technical solutions applied to this pumping unit ensure its high reliability, along with minimal maintenance requirements, when the instructions for use are followed.
At the core of this device is a centrifugal pump. To start, it needs to be primed/filled with the pumped medium before the actual pumping process. Due to the diverse needs of our business partners, we have developed three versions of the priming system control:
1. SPIRAM Pump
2. B35 Electric Motor
3. Lamella Priming Device
4. Lamella Priming Device Cover
5. Control Box
6. Priming Tank
7. Check Valve
8. Suction Connection
9. Discharge Connection
10. Stainless Steel Cart
11. Pneumatic Wheels
12. Handle
13. Adjustable Supports
14. Drain Valve
15. Priming Valve
16. Pressure Gauge.
The pump itself is designed with an axial inlet and radial outlet. The hydraulic part of the pump is securely connected to the electric motor through a connecting adapter.
The most important component of SPIRAM pumps is its impeller, which consists of a single screw-like blade. It provides exceptional hydraulic parameters compared to other types of impellers used in wastewater pumps from other manufacturers.
This special design was developed to meet the market demand for compact and easily transportable wastewater pumps
The core of this device is the centrifugal pump. To start the pump, it needs to be filled/primed with the pumped medium.
For this purpose, a special priming system has been developed, which includes a lamella priming device, a check valve, and a transparent priming tank for visual monitoring.
The operator intuitively controls the priming and pumping process using the control elements on the control box.
The hydraulic part of the pump is powered by a 3-phase asynchronous electric motor with an adequate power reserve to ensure operational reliability and long service life.
All components of the pumping unit are ergonomically placed and mounted on a frame made of high-quality stainless steel profiles.
The frame is mounted on rubber, air-filled wheels, allowing for easy handling and transportation even in rugged terrain and unpaved surfaces.
The stability of the unit during pumping is ensured by height-adjustable side supports.
