PumpDetect Monitor is a comprehensive system for monitoring the condition of rotating machinery. The monitor consists of 3 modules for capturing any necessary variables for equipment control and diagnostics. The basic monitor includes vibration and temperature measurement on pumps and electric motors, pressure measurement, current and frequency measurement for parameter monitoring, and IoT transmission. The sampling interval for measurements can be set from seconds to minutes.
Multiple sensor modules can be connected to PumpDetect Monitor, customized to connect any type of sensor (flow, pressure, mechanical seal condition sensor, etc.). Since PumpDetect Monitor doesn't rely on battery power, data collection can be performed more frequently compared to competing solutions, resulting in more accurate readings. The system is compatible with the industrial Modbus RTU standard.

The main task of the module is to send data to the superior system (PumpDetect Gateway) or directly to the cloud.

Its main function is to power the sensor assembly through the local bus, using voltage obtained from the motor terminals, and simultaneously measure the magnitude and frequency of the motor current.
